Hi Any and all South Alabamaians!!

Just wanted to see if there was anyone in South Alabama doing the LC diet. Have lost 50 pounds about 4 yrs ago on LC. I have gained some back so I'm on the LC train again.

So just wanted to say Hello and get acquainted if I have any LC buddies in the area!

Hello! I am in South Alabama too. I started Atkin's again 1-4-2010. I have lost about 7 pounds so far. Nice to meet you!

I too have started Atkins (again) on Jan 4,2010. I have lost 7 lbs. since Jan 4. I had cut back a week before official Atkins Start day and lost 10 lbs!!! I was shocked but I took it! Welcome to the sight, there is alot of information and support on here. Try out the five pound challenge, it's fun!

How ya like this weather in South Al??? Just too cold!!!

It is supposed to be in the upper 60s this week and I cant wait, lol. I do not like the cold weather at all!

I will definately check out the 5 pound challenge, sounds fun!
