Very interesting. I too have been taking Relora and find that it works great as a appetite suppressant but I have also been eating ice cream - a craving - and have not lost any weight to speak of. I wonder if Relora causes you to have cravings?!

I've started eating a piece of fruit each day. I know they're packed with carbs, but seem to help reduce the cravings for sugar.

Default fruit

Maybe you could eat some cherries or plums which both have a low glycemic index. Foods with a low glycemic index do not convert to carbohydrates as quickly. Avoid melon as it has a high glycemic index.

Apples, oranges and peaches have a medium GI level.

Good luck

Default trying out Relora

I've been using Relora for two weeks and have not noticed any significant changes, good or bad. I thought I was happier after the first or second pill but haven't noticed anything since. I bought a bottle with 60 capsules for about $17 at a natural food store.
Good luck,
Steve

ps- Someday I have to learn how to use the search function on this forum. I kept performing a search on the word relora and it alway came back with nothing.
