Hi Clavicula, welcome

That's great that you are doing the extended breastfeeding. What is Mittlemans?

Looks like you are making good progress on your weight loss.

It seems I can go as low as 50 grams of carbs a day and keep my milk supply up just fine....as long as I drink lots of water!

FYI for breastmilk supply - I buy a Mother's Milk tea at my farmer's market. Brand: Traditional Medicinals. Contains organic bitter fennel fruit, organic aniseed fruit, organic caraway fruit, and organic nettle herb. The instructions are to drink 3-5 cups a day, but I find that one is more than enough to increase my milk supply. I think if I wanted to pump extra milk I'd drink more than one cup of this tea per day. This tea seems to help regardless of food composition or intake.

Yeah I know they are cute, love them lots. But to me most babies are very cute.
I'm ready to start back to being what I can be, and doing what I can. I'm going to pull out my books and start reading. I'm going to get a walk in everyday, and slowly get the weight training back in place. These are my goals.
