Default Can I take HCA (hydroxy citric acid) while on CAP

It would really help control my appetite during the "fasting" periods. Has anyone heard if it is okay to use or would it cause a stall?

I'm a little confused... there are no fasting periods in the Carbohydrate Addicts diets.

There aren't any fasting periods that I know of....

I think you'd be better off taking your usual supplements and following the plan with 2 CM's and an RM each day. You shouldn't be hungry doing this.

It was a "term" I didn't think it would cause such confusion. But, to me, any amount of time not eating carbs is considered fasting.

hi Bella-
I never heard of it, but if you want to try it, go for it.
BTW- I am never hyngry on this plan and don't feel like I am fasting. I eat a lot of veggies and protein- I am usually pretty satisfied.
Please let us know how it goes- I am fascinated!
