Default "cheese"

is it possible that there is a cheese on the market that i can eat that does not stall me?? there is no way that i can eat any kind of cheese,my weight will not budge and i tend to go up in weight.

Does the same thing happen when you eat other dairy products? If so, you may be lactose intolerant to some degree. People that cannot eat cow's milk products can often eat goat and sheep cheese, milk and yogurt. There's also soy cheese.

If not, you could be very sensitive to sodium. Maybe portion control might be the answer?

Just thought of something...are you eating REAL cheese or processed cheese?

the only dairy i would have is "real" cheese. i dont use that much salt and i dont have much bacon,may be once every two weeks,not sure what my problem is.and i drink tons of water.

if its because of the yeast reason you can try mozzarella and cream cheese

i dont know what the problem is,all i know is that cheese tends to stall me and also makes me gain if i eat too much

I would suggest trying goat cheese like Karen mentioned. It is soooo good.
