I need to recommit to 10,000 steps a day. This hip thing really threw me off my stride, not just physically but mentally. I need to prioritize walking again.

I need to get back to walking. Ice followed by rain today. Tomorrow is the day I recommit. Scary how easy it is to let things slip. Tomorrow will be cold and sunny but not too cold, a perfect walking day.
