Hello! I'm new :)

Hi everyone!

I am not new to low carb, but life happened and I (and my boyfriend) started on the first. It's been good - definitely losing less quickly than I did when I was 20 but I am feeling so much better already. Looking forward to chatting with you all on the forum!
