Default 75lbs lost. Trying to keep focused.

I have hit the weight I was at the end of last summer (after 6 months of hard work) before I sabotaged myself at Thanksgiving, then continued eating badly up until about a month ago. Still a little way to go. But really excited to be at last summers weight.

But still excited about 75lbs lost since my max weight.

75 lbs is a huge amount of progress! You should be very proud!

I know how easy it is to get derailed, but you have your goal in sight.. over halfway there and the summer is upon us with lots of lovely weather to take walks and be active! Keep on with the journey.

I never was able to maintain any weight loss because I start buying into everyone telling me how good I look, and how one bite won't hurt me. But it does hurt me.......

Good!

I've had about the same weight loss as you, and my first year I had a major setback, also following Thanksgiving.

Keep going!

Well done for managing to claw back.. I stay on plan through all the holidays. I still have a wonderful time. I love the holidays.

However, like you I went off plan for a while last year.. I stepped on the scales, didn't like what I saw and decided a diet break was in order for a few weeks, which turned into three months.. Oopsy!

Well, best of luck with your ongoing progress.

This ALWAYS happens to me. They tell me I look good, I see a photo of me and I do look good so I take that darn one bite! And then another and then another.... I haven't gained much but I quit losing. So back to the drawing board.
