Body Brushes are every where these days. Bath & Body Works, Savon, Macy's you name it. I like the longer handled brushes, but they come in all sizes!

Bought a brush today... Will try it tonight I think... Hopefully it will help. I have a lot to lose and I don't want saggy skin!

Hi,

I just borrowed the book from the library and started last week.

I have not been able to complete the Basic Plus Workout yet as it is taking so long to do everything while trying to read and turn pages. But I am making progress with the exercises each day and hope to be able to do them all in 15 minutes soon.,

How is your progress?

Thumbs up T-tapp is awesome

I've done t-tapp off and on (more off than on - unfortunately) for a few years now, and when I'm consistent with it there are so many great benefits...my knees crack less, my posture is better, my c-section belly lifts. I mostly do the basic workout plus, it's only 15 minutes, but it's a really worthwhile 15 minutes! The total workout (50min) will kick your butt, your arms, your core. A great thing about t-tapp is that it is totally low impact, anyone of any size can do it. Also, there are modified programs for people with existing injuries or medical conditions.

I just started back into t-tapp yesterday as a matter of fact, just doing the basic workout plus - and it feels amazing! Way better than before LC. My muscles like it, yes they do!

I'm not the biggest fan in the world of Theresa Tapp, like many fitness instructors she's a little full of herself - but seriously, this is a great workout.

Caveat: you get out what you put in. Form is very very important in T-tapp for optimum results.
