Default Whoosh Fairy Countdown

This isn't a challenge, more of a whoosh fairy countdown I suppose. I experienced a major whoosh in the past two days so to share my excitement I thought I'd create this thread, but then I thought wouldn't it be cool to just have a thread for everybody that's had a recent whoosh fairy visit. Just for the excitement of it.

So if you've experienced a recent whoosh, post your whoosh fairy visit here.

Let me start with my whoosh fairy visit this week. Actually, she's visited me twice this week; I lost 6 lbs this past tueday and another 4 lbs today. That was a heck of a whoosh fairy visit.

I hope she comes back soon.

Holy crap! A 6lb whoosh!?!? My biggest ever aside from the first few days was in May I had a 3.2lb whoosh. I had a 2.8lb one in September, but everything else has been less than 2lbs. I'm so jealous!

Did you do anything different that precipitated it? Cause I really want a 6lb whoosh! Even without the 4lb one, I'd be happy! Actually I'd be happy with just the 4lb one too. Hahah.

In that case, I want the dance fairy followed by the whoosh fairy. Seems like a fair exchange. Lol lol

Mine not so glorious! 1.5 lbs down yesterday! I'll take that! :-)

Holy crap!!! Ten pounds this week?! That is an amazing whoosh fairy visit.

I'm chuckling over your BF. I'd like him as my BF too. Celebitchy (a gossip blog ) had him on their Hot Guy Friday a few weeks ago. W.O.W.

That's FABULOUS! Do you weigh yourself every day? 6 pounds is amazing enough, but followed-up by another FOUR. Lucky YOU! I just lost 2 in one day and thought THAT was great! LOL

Thanks ladies.

Yes I weigh myself the same time everyday in the mornings when I first wake.

Dancing seems to be doing wonders for me. Just get silly with it doesn't have to be dancing for the stars type stuff, unless, heck that's your thing, but anyway just have fun with it.

Another thing that seems to be working is just doing little 10 to 15 minute burst of exercise like going crazy and just cleaning up stuff. I went crazy cleaning the bathrooom from top to bottom yesterday and as I was doing it I had the music on and was dancing too.

I think anything that makes your metabolism heat up for 10 to 15 minutes will do the trick.
