Sam Smith’s Amazing 50-Pound Weight Loss on the Paleo Diet

Sam Smith, who recently lost 50 pounds on a Paleo-style diet, is a sexy beast in the music video for “Writing’s On The Wall,” his new song from the James Bond movie, “Spectre.”

Sam, who has won 4 Grammys, said working on the “Spectre” soundtrack was a highlight of his career. Sam is healthier and happier than ever, thanks to his 50-pound Paleo diet weight loss, Examiner reported. Smith, 23, said being healthy makes you happy.

“I know this is very preachy, but if you can, try to find a way to be healthy,” he wrote on Instagram. “It will make you so much happier.”

Sam has credited British nutritionist Amelia Freer’s book, “Eat Nourish Glow,” for helping him lose a pound a day and reaching his weight loss goal.

Smith said the diet principles in Eat Nourish Glow helped him shed weight quickly and improved every aspect of his life. Sam underscored that he has not been paid to endorse Freer’s book.

Smith is pleased with his 50-pound weight loss, but is even happier about how great he feels physically and mentally. The former couch potato said his weight loss motivated him to start exercising regularly.
