Hello everyone anyone want to lose 10 lbs next month. Christmas party is on Dec 3rd hope I can lose 10 more lbs before then. I started induction on October 2nd 2005 and to date I have lost 16 lbs on Atkins. I started Atkins weighing 187.5 and going to get to 150 then see how I feel about 5-10 more. I weighed 249 lbs in 1995 and have kept the weighed off until the last year I started to regain blood sugar elevated. {Probably do to low fat dieting for so many years.) Any way hope someone comes on board and does the challenge with me. Good luck everyone

you might wanna join our 10 lb race! :] it's basically the same thing I guess.. :] but either how I'm in, timing is just nice too since my exams end at the end of that and it's holiday time = have to look good to shop! :]
