Default Bacon Wrapped Olives

I have made these as appetizers and they go so fast that I couldn't keep them in the dish! All you do is take regular bacon and cut it in half or thirds (depending on size of olives) and then wrap them around a green olive with pimento (spanish type in bottles) secure with toothpick and place under broiler until crispy. If you get the large bottle of olives w/pimento you can whip up a cookie sheet full of them in no time flat. These do not take long so you need to stay at the oven checking every minute or so. Yummy, quick and easy!

Lccamper,

Thanks for the great idea - sounds yummy. Also, I want to really congratulate you on that incredible weight loss: 200 lbs in 2 years? That's amazing.
