you mix the powdered with water anyway, so it's only the difference in flavour, I guess. I like the hot with the creaminess of mayo and the yolk, but everyone likes different things.

I've noticed that I am very very addicted to hotter, spicier things than ever before (mmmm, horseradish on beef)
