01 FEB 17 -- 237.0

January started at 224.0 lb, went down to 214.5 lb (new low), then shot up to 248.0 lb in ten days, and ended at 237.0 lb.

None-the-less it was a great month. I ended 2016 with an HbA1c of 16.1% and was totally out of control sugar wise (obviously). I made it through ALL of January with NO cheats and have my sugars under firm control. I really have no idea what weight I should have been at on New Year's Day because I was so atrociously dehydrated. I'm pretty sure I lost five to ten pounds of fat, but I don't care. I'm feeling great, I've got my sugar addiction under control, and I think I've got a new attitude that will finally see me through.

Goal for end of February is 227 lb.
