Default Crappy Weekend food-wise

Hey,

Well, after so many upbeat posts about how wonderfully well I was doing on my new WOL, I had a bit of a slip over the weekend.

I allowed myself to compensate for my 'blue mood' with a bag of Haribo, bag of Dorito's and 2 chocolate bars.....And a pack of smokes.....

Well, I almost instantly got my hives back - badly, my arthritus is raging, my scalp hurts and my 'blue mood' didn't really improve............?!

I am pretty pissed off at myself for this, but I can't be too cross or I'll just think well, you've started, you might as well do it good and proper! Not so. This morning I had a proper LC breakfast of beanless chilli, and for dinner I'll be having another LC option (tbd!).

I was meant to weigh myself today, but didn't as I was scared that there would be an increase. That said, my clothes are still getting looser day by day, and I hope that this blip won't hurt me too much - apart from my pride really....

PG.

I suggest that you go close to zero carb for at least one day, to use up the glycogen stores more quickly, before they get turned to fat. You might get cravings, but be strong and white-knuckle them. You've done really well so far, and this temporary blimp won't make much difference in the long-run.

Good idea - will just eat some meat then for my dinner and I've had quite a bit of water, but will keep it up....

Thanks!
