That's good to know. I'm 35, so maybe I'll get to goal weight before menopause and be able to stay there, or at least have a lower starting point before it starts creeping up!
At 35 I weighed 135. In the thirties perimenopause actually starts. This is what I found out from Menopause Clinics of America. I had my two kids at 32 and 34.
I didn't have trouble with my weight until I reached 47.
Ah, youth. Miss it..
