Here's some snack ideas:
Sliced Pepperoni & string cheese.
Celery with sugar-free peanut butter & cashews

As far as teen friendly meals, I enjoy doing what I call Plate-o-Pizza. Get a big oven proof plate and slather on just a little of some LC spaghetti sauce. Cover with shredded cheese, pepperoni, italian sausage, onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, etc. and bake until the cheese is nice and gooey. It's so good, I don't even miss the bread!

Here are some simple things I like to eat:

Polish Sausage
Hamburgers
Salad
Green beans (out of the can, warmed up on the stove/microwave)
Cheese chips (microwave shredded cheddar cheese on a plate for about 2 minutes)
Sugar Free Jello made with cream cheese stirred in
Egg Salad
Tuna Salad
Celery

It's really not that hard to find foods that are acceptable for eating. If you look in the recipe forum you'll find a lot of ideas as well.

Hello*

I finally love to cook after I had to start planning out my meals by myself since I was the only one in the house going on LC.

I love to eat grilled steak with cheese and lettuce wrapped in low carb tortilla *only 4 grams per tortilla* with hot sauce.

I also love to make tacos but skimp on the salsa and add lightly some sour cream and guacamole and use romaine lettuce instead of taco shells.

I make chicken wings without the flour.

How bout fondu? Melt some cheese, cook your favorite meat and dip!

Chicken salad and tuna salads with lettuce is also yummy.

It's pretty easy to figure out what to make after a while.

Example: Today I had:

Egg omlette with sauteed mushrooms and onions, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links.

One toritilla flour with leftover grilled steak and melted cheese with shredded lettuce.

Thai style steak salad with no sugar.

Snack: Cheese cubes or pork rinds with tobasco sauce.

Hope this helps!
