Good going Missy!

I had a really rough two weeks and managed to eat myself right through the hurricanes and didn't exercise at all. Sorry to report that I gained 7 pounds. But I got back with my program on Friday and am doing well now. Hopefully a lot of that was water weight! I have never understood whether or not we are supposed to add pounds if we gain. I guess not, that would be silly.

Yeah, when I gained weight I didn't add the pounds back. I just waited until I lost the ones I gained before subtracting new losses again.

I am not sure what's correct for the 1000 team, so I'll just post what I lost this week - minue 3 pounds this week. Down to 296.

I have to have gallbladder surgery very soon (I have a consult with the surgeon on Monday) so I may be out of commission for a while. I'll be back as soon as possible to help the team get those 1000 pounds off!

With Melissa's pounds we have 833 - 3 = 830.

And then I'm down another .5 so 830 - .5 = 829.5!

I am back on track and had a fabulous four pound week! So we are at: 829.5-4= 825.5

Go Team! We are doing it! We are getting closer and closer to having lost 200 pounds!

Since Saturday I've lost 2lbs.
I'm now 192.5.

829.5 - 2 = 827.5

Default Waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy off the wagon

Sorry I haven't written in awhile. I was so far off the wagon the last couple of months, but I'm trying to get back on it now. My birthday's coming up on the 21st and I'm setting myself a mini-goal of 10 lbs by then. I can't imagine it would be that difficult to lose at least that much, if I just keep avoiding the naughty stuff.

But, the bad stuff is out of the house now, replaced with a big bag of romaine lettuce and plenty of meat. We'll see how it goes.

BTW, Missy, you're doing great! I'm impressed with the pic.

I keep checking back for posts. It has been rather quiet here.

Pizzicato...my birthday is the 20th.How about that!! Good luck on losing the 10 pounds before then.My weight has been coming off rather slowly so I will be happy if I lose 2 pounds by then

I am down 1 pound this week.

827-1=826

Great to see folks here! I have been living in carb hell for the last few weeks and naughty doesn't even begin to define it. I am doing well now. I wrote about it in my journal so I won't regurgitate all the nasty here . Anyways, I am here for the long run and I will get this weight off! So glad you are all here, I found it uplifting to find you guys here .
