Default Noob here...

So, check this out - I'm a new mommy to a beautiful boy, L, who just turned 14 months. I stand here 40 lbs. heavier than I was when I was pregnant; utterly disappointed in what I have done to my body & my self-esteem.

So, I'm taking my life back - starting with saying "bye-bye" to all the processed crap that I've been putting in my body for the past year simply b/c it was "quick & easy" (not to mention the late night binges after L fell fast asleep).

So - hello new me! I believe in me & I can do this! and so can U!

Looking forward to all the stories that you all have to share! Cheers!

Hi! I'm new here too, so I kinda feel silly welcoming you, but it's so nice to have a welcome I remember when I first realized I weighed more than I did when I was pregnant... I was horrified! Your enthusiasm is contagious!

Congratulations, new mom! That's a total life transformation, isn't it??

Taking control of your nutrition will benefit both you and your son. Preserve him from sugar addiction now, and he'll be healthier for life. The human body really can thrive without juice boxes, breakfast cereal, and Oreo cookies.

Best wishes.
