Smile New Member!

Hello everybody! I am closing in on my first week on my low carb diet and have lost 4 pounds. Although the first week was a challenge, the lost weight kept me going.

Smile Thanks!

Thanks for all the greetings. To answer some of the questions in the greetings. I am following the CAD (mostly because it was the first low carb diet I read about and because of the reward meal).
The nickname does not have an interesting or glamorous story
behind it. I work at a Transmission Plant and manage a department that machines the aluminum "case" for the transmissions. Hence the name "Casemaker". Once again thanks for all the greetings and I look forward to communicating
with and supporting all you!
