Default Thank you

Hi there,

Just want to say thank you to Lisa, Karen, and all the others posting such helpful advice and inspiration on this forum. I'm only five days into induction and I think karen's check list got me through four of them.

It has been hard - realizing how addicted to carbs I've been. Perhaps it is just water weight but lost eight lbs in five days - is that good? feels good.

Thank you all for this tremendous resource

Codeartist aka David

Hey, code artist! You've definitely come to the right place. In fact, being a member of this site is one of my best strategies for staying on track, pretty steady in maintenance, for fifteen years.

With the avalanche of conflicting "science" and nutritional opinions on the internet and in the headlines, it's hard to keep your head from exploding. This site has proved a reliable resource for both science and experience.

Best wishes.
