Default Back and ready to lose, lose, lose

Hello everyone, I am back from the cruise, and guess what???? I weigh the same thing I weighed when I left. WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Yes, it was very hard yesterday to get back on the LC bandwagon, but, here I am. We had a great time, and yes, I did cheat. I had the best cheesecake in the world. But, most of the other meals were mainly meat and salad. Yesterday I had chicken salad and chef salad, eggs! Today roast, and baked ham. I am ready to roll again!!!! I will keep you updated in a day or so!! I am sure that I will lose a lot of water! Anyway, have a great week everyone!

Anyone that can come back from a cruise the same weight they left is doing great !!! that is awesome, and if this is a lifestyle change there are going to be times you fall off a bit but you just have to get back on and it looks like you did it !!! Good for you!!! It sounds like your tried to eat low carb a lot of the time and that is great !!! Have a wonderful week back on low carb !!! Stephie

Congratulations! I hope you enjoyed the cruise. I hear the food on the ship is unbelieveable. I am going on a cruise in October and was a little worried about being able to resist desserts. I know I can do meat, veggies and salads, but snacks and desserts will be hard to avoid.

You did so well. You Go Girl!

Good to know that cruising can be low-carb successful! We're heading out in a few weeks to do one....I know the food is plentiful but confident I can make appropriate choices.

That's awesome! Good for you Everyone cheats on occasion but the most important thing is to get up and try again. Also, it sounds like you didn't really fall off the wagon, you just had a dessert or two. It seems to me that it takes more willpower to have a treat and not allow that to be the end of your healthy eating. So keep up the awesome work, you should be really proud of yourself!
