Default Jalapeno Popper Spread--YUM!!

Okay recently found this recipe on line and evertime I make it everyone RAVES about it. It's now the dish I'm always asked to bring to get togethers. Best part is it's SUPER easy!! Now of course my HC eating friends and family really like eating it with some french bread, crackers, etc. But for those of eating LC..it's good as a dip for veggies, chese crackers, etc.. and I'm guessing you could use it as a topping for things too if you are adventerous! My DH puts alittle on his burgers! Or even on his chicken! Anyways, just thought I'd share....

I'm thinking about shrinking the recipe down and stuffing pork chops or chicken breast with it.
I'm def. gonna make this for thanksgiving...we can snack on it during the football game!

ENJOY! It's delicious if not a bit addicting!

Everytime I take it somewhere it's still always a HUGE hit!!

Now when I make it I actually use a full 4oz of diced jalapenos vs. the receipe's 2oz but then I like it with a little more heat!
