Update: so I had an appointment with a naturopath/endo and she thinks it's 100% caused by the methyl b vitamins I took....she thinks I "over methylated" and then adding on the very low carb diet, along with working out and not having enough nutrients in that diet stressed my adrenals and has everything out of whack.
She out me on a 40/30/30 diet (carb/protein/fat) with a lot of seeds, veggies, some fruit, lean animal protein, and use only avocado oil and coconut oil for cooking. She also gave me a bottle of my old b complex to see if I can find the right balance again. She also recommended me drinking coconut water for lost electrolytes.
I have been taking the tip of adding some sea salt (1/2 tsp) a few times a day to some warm lemon water...not sure if it's been helping but it definitely doesn't hurt.
