Menu phase II

B: small amount of shepherds pie
S: Half a Banana
L: Tuna mayo salad with spring onions and red peppers
S: 6 plumb tomatoes with 1/4 cup hummus
D: Salmon with routabaga, broccoli and carrots

Water so far 100 floz
2 cups of tea

BF: Coffee W/ FF 1/2+1/2 and Splenda, FF Cottage Cheese w/ SF Syrup and Peanuts
Snack: 1 Protein shake
Lunch: Chicken and Salad w/ Italian Dressing
Snack: 1 Pear
Dinner: SBD Lunchable
Snack: Ricotta Cream
Exercise: Back, Biceps and Cardio

Afternoon all,
Here's my menu for the day:

B: low fat cottage cheese, celery, 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt w/ hazelnut SF syrup
S: broccoli florettes w/2 wedges lite Laughing Cow cheese (this is surprisingly good!)
L: veggie crumble, feta cheese, veggies, all baked together in a "bowl"
S:macadamia nuts
D: SBD salad w/beans (no meat), plain nonfat yogurt with SF syrup and a sprinkle of nuts

Mocha creme wasn't bad yesterday...
