Afternoon all,
Here's my menu for the day:
Phase I
B: low fat cottage cheese, celery, 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt w/ hazelnut SF syrup
S: broccoli florettes w/2 wedges lite Laughing Cow cheese (this is surprisingly good!)
L: veggie crumble, feta cheese, veggies, all baked together in a "bowl"
S:macadamia nuts
D: SBD salad w/beans (no meat), plain nonfat yogurt with SF syrup and a sprinkle of nuts
Mocha creme wasn't bad yesterday...
