THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS. We have TOTAL carbs and net carbs, and the Carb Nite has its roots in ATKINS as does every low carb plan. Although there are differences, this TEAM has already learned control and the importance of planning and tracking and weighing daily. We cannot live with out heads buried in the sand and with monitoring what we eat we can learn what works for us and when we need changes. COME JOIN US!

welcome to our games everyone.. A-TEAM ROCKS
It would alawys be nice to get new blood in here, and that is not always an easy thing to find dedicated people like yourselves.

The biggest change to this chart is the CNS charts.. I tired to keep the start date and weight, then leave each CN date and weight.. the current sched for the CN for each is there as current..I think this way we can track our progress easily. I will delete only the old carb F&P days ..It will make sense as we go along!

BARB.... all those years ago when you were hired on as a one girl office...as a one person hero... there was a lot less to do. Look at the paperwork changes and how that multiplied..etc all the regs there are now.. not like decades ago!

As an adminisrator my job was to keep the budget in line. If i had an employee that did a job and did it well, i never looked for rings under thier eyes or or the hours they put in to get a job done. Have a talk.. bring in your hours and a list of what the heck you are responsible for completing...then request an assistant. that is the only way that I can see your job becoming relasitic and less stressful. Should the ADMIN. tell you he/she will look into it, fine.. give it one month for a definitive result. If by then no checking done or no decisosn it is obvious none will be given. Up to you to figure out if this is how you want to live...and figure out what else you can do. If they think so little of you and that the position has become so large, that they will not hire addtiotnal help, then you have lots to decide. I think with all the extra time you put you DO get the job done and that is all they really care about.BOTTOM LINE. Maybe they really do not relaize this problem... FACT. You may love your job but sure seems to me that you are always stressed and there is always something coming up there. A lot to think about..you do have choices. GO gather your facts and check them out.ASk yourself what you would do if this issue was brought to YOU. IMHO ..what does Bob think? go talk

Paulette my dear I think you did amazing especially since you had surgery this game...Inspiring as always!

Cricket I have no doubt you will have a big whoosh in the next couple days so no worries. Yes I am doing the net 40..actually recently started the net 50 and all is going well. I have upped my daily calories to lose at a slower pace and to expand my menu. I'm going to try the slow and steady wins the race tactic and see how it goes.

Chrissie my love a loss is a loss. I hope that you will do well on the CNS and that you had a great visit this weekend. Funny Cricket mentioned "name that tune" I used to rock at that game show. Too bad it's not still on we would be a dream team! I remember lyrics and movie lines like a maniac.

I am down 2.2 lbs this morning. I am still distrustful of my scale. It wavers between too many weights and takes a long time to settle on one. I think I need to go out and buy a battery.

I think we all had a great losing week! We all made the effort to stick to our plans 100% and the results show!

KATHY - It is great to hear you are going to have a few days off for a change! Enjoy your short day today!!!

Up at 3am again this morning! I am drinking my coffee now but not sure if I will try to go back to bed or not. After the kitties eat, it gets rather quiet in here. but this is a great time to catch up on all emails, etc.

You all have a great Monday and an awesome losing week! I will be back.
