Default Blackberries Allowed On Phase II

I am still on my second week of Phase I but MAY be moving on to Phase II next week providing my weight keeps coming off. I don't see blackberries listed in either the foods allowed or foods to be avoided categories anywhere in the book. Does anyone know if they are allowed?

Thanks for your reply ... they aren't on either list ... allowed or foods to avoid! So to play it safe, I had better stay away from them.

What about raspberries. I don't see them listed but they are high fiber. Anyone know?

If they aren't on the approved list, better to stay away from them.
