Default Tostitos, with a Hint of Lime

Okay, I confess. I had some tonight. I had a few, I put the bag away (it wasn't even empty!), and had a big glass of water.

I only put myself over on my carbs by about 15-20 carbs for the day. Sure, that's like, almost a DAY, but then again, it's minimal damage compared to what I could have done. Truthfully, I really enjoyed the chips - the lime ones are just the best. Tomorrow is another, low carb day, and I feel that I'm already back on track.

Thanks for listening!

wow! good for you for putting the bag away. I'm always so impressed when people can do that.

Corn meal is one of my allergies...gives me symptoms, makes me crave madly, and so I stay away from that.

You have the incident in perspective--it was a small thing, limited damage, and you're right back on track. Do watch for post-cheat cravings. You may have to bear down for 2-3 days to keep away from another minor incident.

Thanks, Razzle. I do have to watch for the next day, the day after, etc., or before I know it, I'm eating starches once a day (then twice, then six times!) I have done OK since that night, even in the spite of quite a few really alluring temptations!

Now i just wish my weight would drop a little - I'm beginning to feel stuck!
