I actuallly feel much better today- like almost normal. I think tomorrow I will be fine. YAY!

Here is today's menu- for anyone who is interested. It is a pretty good CALP menu-

CM: 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon. coffee
CM: burger, green beans, water
RM (cooking): lamb skewers, spinach, salad, pita, water, kiwi.

SOOOOO glad I am over that cold- seems like lots of people have it now.

Yes, I am on a cereal kick. DH thinks I ma nuts! I am into muesli (sp?) with h&h. Yum.

Tomorrow I am having a cornish game hen- love them.DH is working late, so I can make whatever I want!

Hi! I survived the weekend babysitting for 6 nieces and nephews! Food wasn't all on plan but it wasn't too bad, either. I'm thinking the little gain is more water from the weekend than fat.

Back on track as of today with some changes to my workout routine and meals. Still plan to do my RM at lunch but now I have to make dinner for DS and me instead of just me because his work hours have changed. He wants to eat CAD style, too. I'll make something as an RM for him to take in his lunch and then we'll so salad and chicken or something else reasonably light for the evening meal....

I got a call at work late today and am going out to dinner! Someone who I like, but don't know well, is taking us out. We're going to a nice seafood place. I will get a salad and some type of fish with a veggie on the side. My carb will be bread- I know dessert will be too late.
