Hi,
I'm sure everyone asks this but - can you have KFC? What do they put in the coating, is it high in carbs? I did my best not to eat too much of the skin, but it's so nice!
Also, what low carb treats are available in the UK and where can I get them? Someone on here was talking about low-sugar chocolate spread! Is it available here? Please!!!

NO NO NO NO!!!
I know kfc is lovely but one of the ingredence is flour, and it is high in carbs, even taking the coating of isn't a 100% because it contains sugar which can seep through to the chicken!!
There is a kfc web site that tells you what carbs are in there grub apparantley there colslaw is worse than their chicken.
Best bet is too cook your own chicken (boring I know)
I dont know about the low choc sauce (sorry)
