HAPPY 2018 EVERYBODY! How many of us are still around and workin' this WOE? Unlike last year I made it through this challenge with no cheat foods. I didn't even do alcohol on New Year's Eve (which was a problem for me and my WOE 2 years ago). I didn't lose much weight, but I'm happy that the weight creep I experienced over the first 9 months of 2017 came to an end. Two pounds in the right direction is still two pounds. Now that we are in "diet season" I am determined to do some more losing.
My youngest daughter likes to bake cookies for her friends at college. This year it was gingerbread cookies. Last year it was chocolate chip cookies. She made some for her friends and put the rest in a bag for the rest of the family. Well, most of us anyway. She made it clear who the cookies were not for.
Cute note, but I was not even tempted. I don't eat cookies PERIOD.
