Had steak for supper and feel like i could climb a mountain.HEHE walked the dog then did some weight lifting.Changed my free weights to about 7LBs instead of 10.Cant put 10 over my head too well .But 7 is just right.Much better.And went and played tennis with the dog and my DH.great fun ,that way the dog wont bug me all night with that little yellow tennis ball..

Have been feeling great.No more bloating.
Breakfast/2 eggs,1T.coconut oil,2 coffees black
Lunch/3 lg. Romaine leaves with mayo and cream cheese(watched for itches in my feet)none

Good workout today
Lifted weights legs and arms and will be walking 4 miles in a few minutes.

Took my dog down to the river.Walked for a few miles.Then the rain hit,thats Wa. for ya.

Well I took the plunge and joined a gym..I was really strong about 10 years ago and it all went to mush in the last year or so..I do know when I am really working out alot,I can eat alot more..Which in the long run is my goal..To be able to have an occasional treat without feeling like a slug...
I love the gym..I just feel so much better..
Before meno I must have had excessive tetosterone..Now it almost seems to have dissappeared..Dog gone as it gave me an edge..
Today I will be working on the machines and do some free weights and them 20 min. on the tread mill.In the next month I am going to post a few in progress pictures...Lets see where a 50 year old or young can take this....
