It must be very warm where you are to be able to continue riding.
Our bike is tucked in for the winter right now. We are in for sub zero temps the next couple days!!!

HIMI - The coffee in the chili merely adds additional flavor depth. Same as the cocoa powder. (KATHY, you also asked about this) You do not taste the actual chocolate or coffee, per se, they tend to blend well with the other spices and give the chili a "browner" look and taste.
I like a lot of spice and peppers in my chili, and I just happen to like this particular blend. Of course, you may add or subtract whatever you like.
I also added a pinch of Thyme to the chili, but forgot to list it.
Not too much, as it can become overwhelming.

Lots of work for me today. And I will be having BACON & EGGS for lunch! I have not had that in a long while! I still have some chili and the chicken dish sitting in the fridge that I will put in the freezer. I can have those some other day. I am planning on a tuna salad for dinner.
It is nice and light, yet filling. So that is the plan. Cals today about 1178, and carbs 12.
A new batch of yogurt is culturing away right now and should be done around 3pm.
