1fatmomma, remember too that you can deduct your fiber grams from your total carb count... that'll give you a more realistic count for your daily intake.

losing more slowly but still in ketosis and down to 15 lbs now.. wondering if the time you lose the most weight is in ketosis..

4 slices of bacon is definitely NOT even close to half a pound, and that's definitely what's throwing your calories off.
