Thanks guys. I know patience is a virtue right?! I am trying to be patient and I guess 16 pounds is a great success for only a month and half..I just have to hang in there. This time of the year is so hard....the food and drinks are hard to resist. I am going to a Christmas party this Friday so I think I will try to drink vodka and diet coke and take it easy on the food. It is a steak dinner so that will make it easier. Thanks again for the boosts Gee-ma!

Nike and Gee-Ma, thanks for the words of encouragement. I think sometimes
it feels like forever to see numbers that match results. But, when I think
about how much weight I would have gained from September til now IF I
hadn't changed my WOE, I get a better handle on the situation. I think the
key is to see your WOE as a WOL.

Your welcome walkerbabe. And I'm sure we all know excactly how you feel. Last time I was at this weight I was a full size smaller then I am now, so that is a little frustrsaiting. However as you said, how big would we be now had we not started this WOL?!?!?!? Also, for me, it is so hard to see my loss. you'd think after 69 pounds loss I'd see major differances, however it is still hard to see the differance without putting on old clothes. But I wouldn't go back for anything!! And I couldn't if I wanted to, I already gave away all my larger sizes!!!!!!!! See you soon!

OK I'm catching those "scale vibes" only hope my weekend failure rate (going hog wild with the beer & munchies) will not touch me this time!! Ok 22lbs and starting the count down!! You can do it!!

Gee-ma!!! You are catching up to me fast. I just got back down to my 191 (was retaining water like I do every month) and am hoping the scale will begin moving again. I've had a 3 week stall and it's killing me.

I have no doubt you will see onederland before Christmas at the rate you've been going. I'm looking forward to cheering for you like you did for me when I hit that goal.

Gee-Ma, that's great news! BluiizCA, you're doing great...almost in the 180s now. For the life of me I can't break my 180s - been hovering in the low section for MONTHS now but at least I can enjoy being in Onederland with all my friends, right?
