New to the forum

I've been lurking around the forum for recipes here and there but i have officially joined and wanted to say hi to everyone.

I've been on the diet for a short while now and have lost about 30 lbs so far. Hopefully info i find and people i meet on the site will help me to continue to lose weight and get healthy.
