JAKZ1269... I was heavier than you.In 1996 I went from 320 down to 130. You can do it too. ADDED to this information is the more important revolations that when living on VLC for a very long time, there are stalls and plateaus.. for ages we acepted theis without the current news... the fat burning burning hormones are depleted and need to be set in gear again. We used to call that shaking things up... well, that is right! So stick with your plans and get healthy. You CAN AND WILL get to goal. AND the scale is not evil LOL.. it is a tool
