one serving: 1 oz plain cream cheese
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter with chocolate
water enough to dissolve the peanut butter
I add just a couple of drops of warm water after I mash up the powder and cream cheese. Then I just stir it all up and eat it. You can add a little sweetner but I try not to use them. I tried making larger amounts at one time, but it was hard not to eat it all at one time.
On the whipping cream and cream cheese, I really don't measure. I add about 3/4 of one of those tiny heavy cream containers and a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese. I whip them up together in the electric mixer until it gets stiff. you can also use the whisk attachment on a hand held blender. I store this in a plastic container and use it a couple of tablespoons at a time. You can add powdered peanut butter or about a half teaspoon of cocoa powder. If you add the cocoa powder you can add the same amount of sweetner. You have to just experiment.
It is hard to figure out how to log my whipped cream recipe but I just guestimate.
I tried quest bars peanut butter and chocolate but there are other flavors. They are not that great. I have to avoid most of the sugar alcohols because of digestive issues, so I avoid processed sweet treats.
I actually get the powdered peanut butter at my local small town grocery stores. There is the PB2 brand available at both stores here and a store brand which is what I bought. I am sure you can find it locally if I can. You can also buy PB2 on Amazon.
