Default cheese stuffed chicken marsala...OMG!!!!

Wow...I made the BEST dinner last night! I took 3 kinds of cheese...half bag shredded parm, 8 ounce bag of shredded mozz and a cup of shredded provolone in a bowl. I then mixed in:
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
1 small tub sour cream
1 teaspoon salt and pepper

I butterflied 6 chicken breasts and pounded flat and stuffed the cheesy mixture in. I seared them in the olive oil and threw in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes and then turned the oven on low until my sauce was done...

OMG this sauce is to die for!!!!!

took the pan I cooked my chicken in and added a diced med. onion for a couple minutes and then 2 packages sliced mushrooms.
I cooked until onions were translucent and then added 24 ounces marsala wine and stirred it up real good. After I cooked a couple minutes I added 8 ounces of heavy cream and let it reduce to almost half.

I poured the sauce over my cheesy chicken and ate the best dinner I have ever had in my LIFE! YUM!
