Plan: general LC under 30/day

Default easy ribs

season with salt and pepper
bake at 300 for one hour
prepare the following sauce:

1/4c LC Ketchup
1/4c Walden Farms Maple Syrup
2 tsp Paprika
Dash of fav hot sauce I like franks.

Brush the sauce onto the ribs and put undwe the broiler for 5 minutes.
Keep leftover sauce for dipping!

Sometimes I add 1/4 cup of decaf coffee to the mix, or 1 tsp cocoa powder but if you add cocoa you must use more hot sauce. Enjoy!

I know I'm dragging up a really old thread.

When baking these in the oven, do you cover or wrap in anyway?

In case the original poster isn't around, yes, cover them - lid or foil, either works. I do mine for 1.5 hours at 300.
