Okay ~ I am on day 2. Yesturday was the pitts energy wise, but today I feel fabulous!! Is that normal? I was prepared to feel like crap for a aweek or so.
Also.. I want to exercise... so should I or should I give my body a break since it is adjusting to this new WOE?
I feel silly asking, but if we dont ask, we won't know.
I've never had the induction flu, I fill with energy right away, too.
We're lucky, I guess. Or we're so happy to be finally doing this for ourselves... who knows, but this woe sure makes me feel better than the high carb days.
you are lucky. I had induction flu for 3 weeks. I didn't feel like doing anything but taking a nap when I got home from work at 6 p.m. However, I was just getting my carbs from salads. Once I added other green leafy veggies I was fine. If you feel like excercising do it.
I am the same way! I never really had the Induction Flu...which was nice...if you wanna excercise!! Rock andRoll!!! Get it started!!!! It will only benefit you!!!!
I ended up not going to the gym today ~ I had a massive headache this morning, and went back to bed. But when i woke up , I woke up 3 1/2 pounds lighter! Woohoo!
