Default Embarassed.... but oh so true!

Dr. Atkins, I hope you can hear this plea from heaven.... but THANK YOU for this way of life!

I have had many "restarts" that failed. But... I am honored and humbled to say I have seen the light and I am back for good! I am making this a way of life that I can live with... which may or may not agree with the way YOU have chosen for you. ~ Not going into details as of this moment but LOVE LOVE LOVE the Atkins way of eating. My body loves it. OR I should say it did when I applied these methods a few years ago when I dropped from 227.5 to 145. I am now back up to 164 by trusting other methods ~ apparently that my body DID NOT like. IT is proven when my knees are achey, and I am sure it is the water weight around them.

Anyway, just wanted to say that YES I am officially back for good.

Welcome back - I went off and gave it a go by other means and had a lightbulb moment about 3 weeks ago and came back with my tail between my legs.

Glad to know I am not alone, and though I never felt alone ~ sometimes seeing how far OFF track I allowed myself to get ... Ugh!

Started my morning with a nice hot cheesey omlet and some bacon! NOW that's what I call breakfast! (4 eggs at that.... should last me a while!)

I'm so glad to see you back! It's good to have those light bulbs go off.

You might find the lack of wheat involved in the lack of knee-achey... be alert!
