Got a spiral sliced ham, that and the frozen veggies we already have should hold us for quite a while. Gotta find that in-a-minute cheese sauce recipe; ham always makes me want cheese sauce on the cauliflower & broccoli.

Do you know the definition of eternity? Two people, and a ham

UPDATE:

from food.com

YIELD
1 cup

1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 ounces grated cheddar cheese
2 ounces cream cheese
1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

If I half everything, it might just work...

Is there a new line of sous vides out there? A few people on my twitter feed just got them, too.

I had a lazy afternoon "snack/dinner" of pork rinds dipped in kefir cheese. SO wasn't hungry for an actual dinner later, so I just made myself some jicama fries for "second snack/dinner."

I'm good at making kefir but not good at consuming it... I keep turning it into kefir cheese to get rid of it.

So you put them both in this plastic pouch and boil them?
