Question Will this work??!!

Okay, so this is my plan- my diet consist of a few carbs in the morning, some fruit- and the rest lowcarb- especially dinner! Anyways Im trying to concentrate more on my exercise routine- hoping that will work for me despite the food! Anyways sooo this is the plan----

My plan is to work out 2 times a day 6-7 days a week- either running 1-1/2mile n walking almost 1/2mile 2 times a day- or One running Session and One TaeBo Advanced session! Also, I am planning on doing weight with my arms 2 times a day, that consists of: Using a 5lb. barbell: Bicpe Curls- Reps of 40-30-20- on each arm- then 25 reps behind the head tricep workout, each arm- then two sets of 15 tricep workout(where u lay on the bed and lift it off the floor) and then holding it 2 times for 20seconds each.

Sooo thats it- I think that it will work- it has to some right!!!???

Default Depends

It really depends on what you want to do. If your goal is to lose weight, increasing your muscle mass increases your metabolism, which in turn helps burn more calories. So you might want to lift a heavier weight fr 8-12 reps. Also, core lifts work the most muscles so you might want to incorporate those. (Squats, deadlifts, lunge, bench press, power cleans, etc)
