Weight Watchers and Low Carb choices
Hi! Has anyone here done Weight Watchers Points system while making low carb decisions..OR has anyone done a Low carb diet (New york body plan, body for life, Atkins..etc) lost weight and then shifted into Weight Watchers?
I want to do that when I am done with NYBP and its matienence..but curious what others may have tried. THANKS!!
