Leaving today for the snowy north east coast. Plan to stay on plan for the most part, but will check in and restart when I get back. I haven't done so well the past few days.

MOMD Day #14

I have a head cold since Wednesday, that is now moving into my chest. I haven't cheated, stuck very well to my WOE - and yet my weight is climbing a bit again. Does being sick make you gain, or make it harder to lose?

MOMD #7. I'm glad I ate some pork jowl bacon before I headed to "brunch". "Brunch" was many choices of bread (cinn rolls, danish, toast), potatoes, scrambled eggs (which were better than expected) and orange juice. All I ate was the eggs.

Cwatt, I'm not sure. I suppose it's possible that medications for a cold could cause water retention? I had issues with that kind of stuff.

Gypsybyrd! Outstanding!!

Actually outstanding to all of us MOMDs and the ones working on it, as that is hard in its own right!
