12/01~ 45.79 sec's
12/02~ 50.28 sec's
12/03~1:00.23 min's
12/04~1:08.30 min's
12/05~1:09.29 min's
12/06~ 40.23 sec's (my arms just could not do this today)
12/07~ 50.00ish sec's (inaccurate time because I didn't reset my stopwatch lol)


(Note to self...resetting your stopwatch on your phone is important so just do it tomorrow!!!)

12/5: 45 seconds
12/6: 1 minute and 15 seconds....(before 6 am)
12/7: 1 minute 25 seconds .....this is getting pretty hard at this point!

Yes it is/will & as of now form is the key!!!
So if you can only add a few seconds a day using perfect form that is great!!!
So when you feel your form faltering just stop!!!

Keep a running daily tally o you can see how you are getting better!!!

Today I kept at it, even though I was trembling all over, heh.
Not sure if it is a good idea, what do you think? I'm pretty sure I kept good form thru it all.

I tremble towards my last few seconds too...it is determination to not give in yet I think lol
But as soon as I feel my form faltering I'm done!

My pinched nerve in my shoulder is not allowing me to plank
I have a chiropractor appt on the 20th
