The Firm is good! And Power 90 (not P90X) They both show you modified moves for beginners. Let me know what you think after you do some research.

Good question. I am looking for one, too. No cardio, just a weight training DVD.

Definitely check out: www.collagevideo.com

You can search for EXACTLY what type of fitness DVD you're looking for (aerobics, toning, aero/tone blend, ballet, pilates, etc.). You can also select a level (beginner, intermediate, inter/advanced, advanced). It's quite comprehensive!

They have lots of reviews, plus you can even view a short clip of the DVD.

I've ordered from them a few times and their customer service is excellent!!

Greatly recommend Power 90 as well..(not to be confused with Power 90X which is a lot more advanced).
