Ice cream! I know, there are low carb ice creams out there, and I buy them, but the serving size is 1/2 cup, where my serving size is more like 1/2 a container(4 cups?)

Pasta, pasta and more pasta! I'm one of those odd women who could care less about sweets or chocolate, but oh how I miss my daily pasta fix.

I don't really have certain cravings as much as I miss the convenience of throwing something together. If I must say one or 2, I guess I would say bread and rice. It is so much faster to slap 2 or 3 pieces of meat on 2 slices of bread for a sandwich and feel satisfied for awhile.

croissants. Doritos. fudgy, gooey chocolate cake with fudge frosting. Bailey's and Cream. leftover roastbeef or turkey sandwiches w/ Miracle Whip and cheap white bread. cornbread. Toll House Cookies. Pizza crust. breadsticks. Dove chocolates. Triple FrVan Lattes w/ lots of whipped cream. Funnel Cakes. General Tso's chicken.

I should stop. I'm salivating. In fact, what am I thinking?!?!? Look at what I'm missing!!! That's it--I'm off plan. I can't take it!

Just kidding. Nothing REALLY tastes as good as thin feels. That crap is SO not worth the acid reflux, mood swings, and inevitable feelings of self worth that giving them power over me would create. No, thanks. I have enough of a stomach ache from my snack of splenda, cocoa, heavy cream, and PB--my own reeses pudding! YUM! Best part? Still feeling like wearing a bikini if I want the next day. Give me bacon grease over FEELING like a pig anyday!
